
Bushra Khan is a Clinical Nutritionist and Dietitian with a strong academic background in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a special interest in bariatric nutrition, weight management and therapeutic nutrition. She holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Dr. BMN College of Home Science, Mumbai, and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition. She has also undertaken additional training in bariatric nutrition, renal nutrition, vitamins and minerals.
During her clinical training at Godrej Memorial Hospital, Bushra gained experience in nutritional assessment, OPD patient counselling, personalised diet planning and dietary modification. She also gained exposure to the nutritional management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
Bushra believes in an evidence-based, practical and sustainable approach to nutrition. Rather than focusing on restrictive diets or short-term solutions, she aims to help patients develop healthier eating habits and a balanced relationship with food.

Her extensive background includes managing both the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice, overseeing day-to-day activities such as patient consultations and coordinating preoperative and postoperative care. Mariya is known for her patient-centred approach, as she is an empathetic and patient listener who always puts the patients’ needs first.
